Glow Asia 5.5k Run 2015

Hmmphhh..

About here to updates my second run for last weekend ago

That's nothing much to say about this run

Just start with a typical introduce:

Date: 16th MAY 2015 (Supposed to be on 18th APR 2015)

Venue: Setia City Mall Shah Alam (Supposed located at KL field)

Flag-off Time: 8:15pm (Wtf organizer scheduled 8:30pm on their timetable)

With above 3 important information that's already all CHANGED

Feeling frustrated right?

HAHAH keep calm and read it first.

Seriously it considered a big event actually

With the AirAsia as supported

And GROUPON as well

Just we have no idea why the event organized will messed it up 

We can said that the whole run is just WTF

Arrived there around 4pm++ nothing to do than selfie only

Our problem

4 of us have overlooked their schedule and thought the flag-off time will be on evening like 6pm

Only realised after seeing everyone is so chilling at the field or inside mall

Lol, speechless lah, apa lagi zzz

Next, 

 Selfie and wefie / groupfie more fie fie fieeeee keep fie fie fie ing

HAHAHAHAHAH

Feel like boring and nothing to do

Therefore walk into the Shopping Mall and cari makan

McDonald's ; Subway cookies ; Ichiban Boshi

After spend out all our money in foods
Then finally the time is coming around

Is about 8pm I think

Upon we going back to the starting point 

We was crazily excited that everyone was playing with their light sticks

Direct run into the info kiosk wanna get it from the crew

Who knows: HABIS SUDAH

Nvm, the balance they left are all for selling 

When I was try to keep ask them why not supposed to give the standard quantities to everyone but they just simply giveaway to those runner

The crew was answered me like that: I don't know, it just no more and finished. If you want then just take from them （如果你要就跟他们抢吧）

Then walkaway like nobody business

FUCK lah u! 

His reply definitely impressed and screw me up

Whatever, the mood has already spoiled eventually

Say nothing and run only

All along the routes,

There's no even one arrow / direction to show us where should run 

No traffic control

No water station provided (Opppsss it's actually got ONE when we reach the finished line)

Suck right?

Finisher Cert was dated 18th APR 2015

Finisher Medal is just a plastic with some printing words

Haiz

Just speechless in the whole run

Not only us are feeling frustrated

I believed many more of the runners are complaining about their organizer

The most complaint run

Nutrilite Health Run 2015

Okie

I'd promised as previous

No doubts and sorry 

This is a throwback updates due my laziness 

(forgive me.)

Past few weeks I've joined the 2 running event on the weekend

Let me share about the 1st I've joined ya

Nutrilite Health Run 2015, a 8km run.
Held at the Binjai, KL

Organized by Amway Malaysia

For celebrating Nutrilite (A health products brands under their group) is reaching the 80th milestone.

Impressed right?

That's not easy to managed a brand for 80 years and counting

Though I'm not a loyal Amway fans but that is no doubts for their reputations and good reviews 

So, back to the point. I've joined the run. 

Hahah.

As everybody know I really not a pro runner (always tipu makan only)

And this's the FIRST run in my 2015

So...

There's not many photos can be show

Too busy lahhh

run, walk, wipe off my smelly sweat 

And enjoy the street view all along the routes.

After finished the run,

All of us is require run into a rooftop carpark for collect the finisher medal 

Beginning of time I was keep begging and complaining

Why they will set the place on the rooftop parking

For a poor runner like me

It's not easy to complete the 8km and now gotto run until a rooftop somemore

Gosh!

But once reached it then I know why

Hehehehh

Worth it

This is just too nice! NICE!

Rooftop parking as the finished point is not a bad idea

Windy and refreshing

You can really have a fresh breath there

Tadaaa, with the good view as well

Seriously is quite enjoyed for the run

Perhaps it may comes with 81st 82nd 83rd anniversary run

I will still willing to join it.

Hahah.

Phew! Coming Back in 2015!

After quite sometimes has gone,

I'm back to this blog. 

Review to modify and refresh again all the layout, theme, background..

(Overall I trying to make it like new)

Refreshing and feeling better.

Some negative, upset or complaint older post has been deleted. 

(Tak boleh tahan tengok banyak benda negatif lagi)

But hard to say I will drop some negative forces here.

Life is unpredictable u know.

Just don't blame me later. Nahh.

Hmm.

Update myself here,

It's fifth of May 2015 and, 

Still can't find a very good looking and suitable personal diary 

So I've already stop writing by pen. 

But the habit of love to express in words is still continuing here,

Though is not frequent. Lalalala..

Thinking next time will be start posting more interesting like:

Travelogue,

Diet Record? 

(P/s: what if giving up halfway?)

Outdoor activities experience? 

(P/s: hey, just joined camping with friends few days ago)

step on the stage and get the "empty" cone from the principal

official certificate was only available to collect after convocation day

what a lame

wore the convo gown on noon session and it was a damn hot weather

all are sweating everywhere and looks wet

so ugly but still in the excited mood!

specially THANKS

my whole family was came to attend my convo

my best best best best friends, sisters forever!

of course he is included..

gave me bouquet of sunflowers with chocolates, lovely pooh bear

and get the present after convo: Adidas Watch

u are spend so much on me

but i deserve it

another healthy activity i have joined

DesaPark Run

with sue ann and swe shyan sing

bcos of late

3 of us are "running" over 5km run

get the finishers medals and syok sendiri there

back home just realised how good how worthy of the Nike Run conduct in the same day

envyyy-nya and hope can join it on next year

Good Job to 3 of us! =)
